These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the JOBisto mobile application, its backend, cloud and related services ("Service"). Where acceptance of the Terms is required, by using the Service the user confirms that they have read and agree to them.
JOBisto is a work software tool intended primarily for tradespeople, service providers, sole traders and other users when organizing professional or business activities. It may include customer and job management, calendar, planning and diary, work records, materials, expenses, reminders, shopping lists, photos and notes, exports, backups, statistics, billing or PDF outputs and optional AI features.
JOBisto is not an accounting, tax, legal or other professional advisory service. The user is responsible for checking data and outputs before using them.
An account is required for selected features. The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information, protection of sign-in credentials and reasonable security of their device.
JOBisto may use technical mechanisms to limit active use of an account to one device or other security measures to protect the account and Service. When replacing, losing or reinstalling a device, verification or a device-transfer process may be required.
The user retains rights to the content and data they enter into JOBisto. The user authorizes the operator to process such data only to the extent necessary to provide, secure and operate the selected Service features.
If the user enters or imports personal data of customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers or other persons, the user is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis or authorization for such processing and for fulfilling applicable information and other legal obligations.
A significant part of JOBisto work data may be stored locally on the device. Photos attached to jobs are local files. The cloud backup is intended to back up supported structured data and does not include photos, user files or data located among deleted items.
JOBisto may also provide a separate full backup or export. For business-critical data, the user should maintain appropriate independent backups. No backup service provides an absolute guarantee against data loss.
AI features are assistive tools. The user may expressly submit a photo, image, PDF, data from an Excel file or other supported content for analysis. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect and is not a verified accounting, tax, legal or other professional output.
The user must review AI results before relying on them or using them in a business, accounting, tax or other important process. JOBisto may set AI usage limits for individual plans, trial periods or billing periods. The current limit is available to the user in the Service or relevant offer.
Paid access to JOBisto is provided through a subscription distributed via Google Play. The specific price, currency, billing period, availability and terms of any trial or other offer are shown to the user in Google Play before purchase confirmation. Prices and offers may vary by country, region, account or the current Google Play offer.
If a subscription renews automatically, it renews under the terms shown to the user at purchase unless the user cancels it using the method provided by Google Play. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not end already acquired access before the end of the current entitled period unless Google Play rules or mandatory law provide otherwise.
Eligibility for a trial offer is determined by the relevant offer and Google Play rules. JOBisto does not guarantee that the same trial offer will be available to every user.
After expiry or failure to confirm a valid entitlement, JOBisto may restrict working features to read-only mode. To the extent supported by the Service, the user may continue to read their data, create available exports or backups intended for taking out data, restore supported data, manage the account and subscription, and use functions for deleting the account or data. Creating or editing work records, new AI analyses and creating new cloud backups may require an active subscription.
Purchases, billing, cancellation and any subscription refunds are managed by Google Play in accordance with its rules and applicable law. These Terms do not limit refund rights or other rights that cannot validly be excluded.
The user must:
not use JOBisto for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
not attempt to bypass authentication, subscription, AI limits, security mechanisms or backend protection;
not disrupt or unreasonably burden the Service, cloud or AI features;
not enter or submit content for which the user lacks the required authorization;
not use the Service in a way that may harm JOBisto, its users or infrastructure providers.
The JOBisto application, its software, design, marks, documentation and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while their access is valid.

JOBisto may be updated, changed or temporarily restricted for maintenance, security, fixes, changes to the operating system or providers, or circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control. JOBisto uses third-party services, in particular Google/Firebase, Google Play, OpenAI and providers of technical or communications infrastructure.
The operator makes reasonable efforts regarding availability and security of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation or compatibility with all devices or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages or for loss of profit, opportunity or data caused in particular by incorrect data entered by the user, unverified AI output, loss or damage of a device, lack of an independent backup, or outage of a third-party service that the operator cannot reasonably control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) EUR 100; or (b) the total fees actually paid by the affected user for JOBisto during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The preceding limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, or to the extent their application would be invalid under applicable law.
If a third party makes a claim against the operator as a result of the user's unlawful use of the Service, infringement of a third party's rights or processing of data without the required authorization, the user is responsible for the consequences of their conduct to the extent provided by applicable law. This provision does not create an obligation for the user beyond what may validly be agreed under applicable law.
The operator may reasonably restrict or suspend access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, a security risk, suspected abuse, unauthorized use, account compromise, invalid entitlement to use the Service, or where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
The user may stop using JOBisto and may use the available account-deletion function. Processing and deletion of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may update the Terms due to changes in the Service, legal requirements, security, providers or the business model. The current version and effective date will be made available to the user. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, JOBisto may require a new confirmation before further use of the relevant working features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect mandatory rights and protections applicable to the user that cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
Processing of personal data is described in detail in the current JOBisto Privacy Policy. Where JOBisto processes personal data on behalf of a business user as a processor, the applicable processing terms are also set out in the Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@jobisto.app.
Paid access is distributed through Google Play. The price, currency, billing period and any trial or other offer are shown by Google Play before purchase. A JOBisto account and the Google Play billing account are separate identities and do not have to use the same Google account. JOBisto uses Google Sign-In for the JOBisto account, while Google Play determines the account associated with a purchase. JOBisto may not know or display the payer’s email address and cannot override or transfer Google Play subscription ownership between Google accounts.
A purchase, restore, change, restart or resubscription may require the correct Google Play account or context. JOBisto may refuse a purchase or restore where verified purchase lineage belongs to another JOBisto billing account or where assignment would conflict with security or anti-abuse rules. A free trial is limited to one per JOBisto billing account and is not reset by reinstalling the app, changing devices, deleting and recreating a JOBisto account, or switching Google Play accounts.
You may cancel a subscription through Google Play using the subscription-management options currently provided by Google Play. For consumers in the EU, United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights, commencement of a digital service before the withdrawal period expires is governed by mandatory law and by any consent or acknowledgement required during purchase. A statutory withdrawal right is lost only to the extent and under the conditions permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal or consumer rights.
For users in Australia, our services may be subject to guarantees and consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or remedies where they cannot lawfully be excluded. Any entitlement to a remedy, refund or compensation is determined under applicable mandatory law.
For users in the United States, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable federal and state law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without additional implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, where such warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.
EU/Slovak consumers may first request redress at support@jobisto.app. If the matter is not resolved, they may use an applicable alternative consumer dispute-resolution body under current law, including the Slovak Trade Inspection or another competent body where applicable. Current jurisdiction, contact details and procedure should be verified on the official website of the competent authority.
If JOBisto is permanently discontinued, the operator will use reasonable efforts to notify users in advance and provide a reasonable opportunity to export or back up supported data. After the announced shutdown date, JOBisto cloud accounts and data may be deleted without an obligation to retain them for a further 150 days solely because of the ordinary post-subscription retention period. Existing subscription, cancellation and refund rights remain subject to Google Play rules and applicable mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence or other mandatory rules that apply to you.
